Ok yes va was part of the CSA and it is close to the mason dixon line. But va beach is far far far from what I would consider country or the mainstream media would. Actually I was doing the 150lb dumbbells for reps and getting 315 for at least 10 reps until I hurt my triceps at the end of rugby season.
