i fixed the bumper cover on the maxima. i wouldn't call that rebuilding. i've got a civic that was a theft recovery. i've got a scion that had a dent in the door. i've also got a g35 that i did have to rebuild that will have a "repaired" title. virginia dmv determines what title to be issued based on damage. every state follows the same guidelines, but some issue salvage titles based on different criteria. virginia happens to be one of the toughest when it comes to this.... also, keep in mind i price my vehicles based on there history. if i didn't fix the front bumper cover on this maxima i would be asking alot more for it. i'm extremely fair in my pricing and have been successful at this for over 12 years.

 

also, if you can find a maxima gle with 55k miles in virginia for this price with a guarantee you let me know...
