People at wawa..in chester. Manager was bitching about them when I came in to get food and asked the two cops behind me to go out there and tell them to leave.

they were acting like total douches, I dont know if you drove by there or not but I heard 2-3 different cars tryin to do burnouts right before the cops showed.

 

They are there every Friday and Saturday night. They take up gas pump spaces, parking spaces, loiter, stare at everyone, act tough, and when one of them leaves they have to take the rte 1 exit so they can rev to the top of 1st gear. I've been in there before when the manager was bitching and I told him to have the police come and kick them out, If they come back, press trespassing charges. When Carla was running that store I told her to get No Loitering signs posted on that back row. I don't even bother going there anymore on those nights.
