94 Mustang GT 5.0 Air Pump
Air pump died. I have everything removed to take it off but there's a part that seems like it should have a bolt, but it's not a bolt. It has a broken circle on one end that looks like it's made of plastic, but I won't swear to that. I might need need to remove the bracket that holds the pump, but I'd like to know if that's necessary before I do a lot of extra work. Any help would be appreciated.
I figured it out; it was a split pin that needed to be pulled out.
I'm just replacing the part; two horsepower aren't worth a bogus inspection.

I didnt even think people sold the AIR pump anymore cause most jackasses just pull it off.
to someone for thinking.
says the husband of a SN95 owner that pulled the pump off and plugged the heads without his wifes consent....

Yea I guess your right. I saw this post on a mustang board earlier, I was quite shocked. "o im sure if you road coarse your car, you will see a difference in the rotors as well. but i would say that not alot of mustang owners road coarse them.
i honestly dont know one person in real life that road coarses a mustang"
