Default 94 Mustang GT 5.0 Air Pump

Air pump died. I have everything removed to take it off but there's a part that seems like it should have a bolt, but it's not a bolt. It has a broken circle on one end that looks like it's made of plastic, but I won't swear to that. I might need need to remove the bracket that holds the pump, but I'd like to know if that's necessary before I do a lot of extra work. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you planning on deleting the entire smog system? Make sure you plug the heads instead if just crimping the tubes like every other jackass with a 5.0.

I figured it out; it was a split pin that needed to be pulled out.

I'm just replacing the part; two horsepower aren't worth a bogus inspection.

You are a surprisingly intelligent Mustang owner.

No, it still doesn't make sense. Doesn't matter what year, this is just mind blowing.

I didnt even think people sold the AIR pump anymore cause most jackasses just pull it off.

to someone for thinking.

says the husband of a SN95 owner that pulled the pump off and plugged the heads without his wifes consent....

Yea I guess your right. I saw this post on a mustang board earlier, I was quite shocked. "o im sure if you road coarse your car, you will see a difference in the rotors as well. but i would say that not alot of mustang owners road coarse them.

i honestly dont know one person in real life that road coarses a mustang"
