you only got 1500 to spend. then whats there to ask? Do search and study yourself. coilover, decent set of wheels/fresh rubber, i/h/e. there, $1500.
konig heliums -$380 shipped. Falken Azenis - $320 PasswordJDM intake - $200. Lowering springs and agx's. $??? but that would be your 1500!!! then go from there
if you dont have thousands on thousands to spend simply get wheels tires and suspension. dont touch anything else. password intake is a waste. ebay 3" intake pipe and dryflo filter ~70 out the door.
look into used wheels and tires.
and your susp choice depends on your location and driving intentions/style

Go buy Honda Tuning, start looking at Integra's and see what you like, do some research on what suspension is best for you, and research what company's you want to support (by buying their product). Some companys have their own R&D and know what they're doing. Some copy the product, use shitty parts that don't last long or don't give good performance, etc.
Cheap, fast, reliable, pick two. You could turbo your car for cheap and it'd be fast, but you'd break down often.
