Yes with the whole drunk thing and borrowing a friends bike I actually blame the owner of the bike more thna the rider himself. Drinking and driving is never good and I am not saying what he did was ok just saying he never "deserved" to die. I do acknowledge he was not the brightest.

AND he -reps anonymously. Although he did say "cuz u wit him" on the -rep and the only person in this thread with such bad writing skills and is against "him" (I'm assuming "him" is Tim, as I agreed with Tim's statement earlier) is sircrx.

Now while there is NEVER a good time to ride like an idiot without a helmet, I would like you to read that sentence again. RIDE LIKE AN IDIOT WITHOUT A HELMET. there is NEVER a good time to ride like an idiot but even then who gets to constitute what riding like an idiot is for that matter?? Noone ever deserves to die and many people have a lapse in judgement when there is alchohol involved but even the drunkest most retarded fucklips doesn't DESERVE to die. For all those who show no sympathy for anyone who lost their life I hope someone close to you like a brother or sister or even son, daughter, mother, father, or anything like that dies and then you will most likely defend them and then realize what you are saying is ridiculous.

Live your life and stop judging people as I guarantee with no doubt if I follow any one of you around for a week I can catch you doing something dumb.
I think we can all agree that it isn't really reasonable to strap your helmet on if you don't intend on riding the bike out of your driveway, that doesn't need to be proven. As for having sympathy for someone who acts against their better judgment KNOWING it's not a bad idea and does it anyway? Well, I don't have any for that kind of person. If he was wearing a helmet, not drunk and he made a mistake and snapped the throttle open faster than he really wanted to and THEN crashed, sympathy will be issued. Unless it's something along those lines, he got what was coming to him.

I do have sympathy for his family for their loss though, but HE should have thought about that before he got on the bike. Every time I get on my bike, or drive, or anything I contemplate what might happen if I do something that might impair my judgment, hence I don't drink. That way I don't have that problem.

I don't even know how to -rep somebody and I think rep is pointless anyway so why would I do that. Plus ''cuz you wit him" would never come out of my mouth.

I like that "If he was wearing a helmet, not drunk and he made a mistake and snapped the throttle open faster than he really wanted to and THEN crashed, sympathy will be issued. Unless it's something along those lines, he got what was coming to him"

so how do you know he WAS drunk or anything. You are going by word of mouth and believing someone on this site when noone has said who it was or anything like that. Then they say he did some facebook update and blah blah and because alchohol was brought up you cling right to it and assume they are correct when this person is DEAD and can't defend themselves. Don't you think it would be all over the news that alchohol was involved when that's the FIRST thing they check for in this sort of situation?

Yea he wasn't wearing a helmet... Some states don't require it so while stupid still doesn't deserve to die.
You don't KNOW he was drunk and you don't KNOW he was acting stupid so just stop with the BS about how you are so much better than him and he deserved what he got.

Just like if you speed more than 1mph over the speed limit some whiney bitch gramdma somewhere is saying you deserve to die when you wreck or someone pulls out in front of you and you couldn't stop in time... realize you are that whiney little person here in this situation.

Do YOU KNOW he wasn't drunk? Drunk or not he had to be doing something dumb to smack into a house and do THAT much damage to a brick wall. I didn't say he DESERVED it, he just got the results of his actions. Whether or not he deserved isn't my point. He did something stupid at that moment in time and got what came to him.

My point here is this. I don't KNOW he was drunk and I don't KNOW he was doing something stupid so I am not going to say he got what was coming to him or anything like that.

I am not speculating this or anything but have you ever thought maybe he was just sitting on the bike with it running and didn't have a helmet on?

( I've had a friend that didn't have a CLUE how to ride and was sitting on my bike, He was revving the motor because he thought it was cool and didn't realize he had accidently put his foot on the shifter and clicked it down so when he let the clutch out the bike moved. He freaked as you know most do when the bike moves they lock up. Pinned throttle into the garage he hit my other 2 bikes and then my grill stopped him after demolishing the grill. Luckily he was ok but he did lose control and was not wearing a helmet)

Maybe he lost control doing something like that??? You just never know man that's all I am saying.

Right.. So... what is it like being perfect man? Seriously... I mean.. I remember a post about you opening up the R1 on the interstate... but you didnt exceed the speed limit right? Cause you would never do that. Forgot about the all high and mighty people on Drag.

I will mind what I say the next time. HA!

Actually.. if he didnt know how to ride at all.. and it was his first time on a bike. He could have easily panic'd when he let the clutch out and couldn't control it. The type of thing happens all the time. People that have never been on a bike before do know snap to the clutch to cut the power. Some just go and cant stop.

So to say that he HAD to be doing something stupid is kind of an ignorant statement. He COULD and I i stand behind COULD have been perfectly sober and a novice at riding, popped the clutch, panic'd and went head first into the wall.

Shit like that does happen. Nobody is perfect... only perfect intentions. No matter how hard you guys try and how much you say that you are better than everybody else.... You still screw up like the rest of us.

Okay, if we go with what you said. Perfectly sober, novice rider. No helmet. Still got what what he was asking for.
