I will mind what I say the next time. HA!

Actually.. if he didnt know how to ride at all.. and it was his first time on a bike. He could have easily panic'd when he let the clutch out and couldn't control it. The type of thing happens all the time. People that have never been on a bike before do know snap to the clutch to cut the power. Some just go and cant stop.

So to say that he HAD to be doing something stupid is kind of an ignorant statement. He COULD and I i stand behind COULD have been perfectly sober and a novice at riding, popped the clutch, panic'd and went head first into the wall.

Shit like that does happen. Nobody is perfect... only perfect intentions. No matter how hard you guys try and how much you say that you are better than everybody else.... You still screw up like the rest of us.
agree 100%

disagree 100% no matter if he made one mistake or 10 mistakes he did not ask for death .
yes hey MAY have been drinking but then he MAY not have none of us know 100% for sure
regardless accidents happen thats why they are called accidents, i do not agree with a beginner riding a bike with out gear esp under the influence but to say he deserved it and asked for it is cold hearted and wrong - what if it was your friend, brother, father or son i have a feeling you would feel diffrently regardless if u say you wouldnt

If you don't see a difference between opening it up a little bit on the interstate and not wearing a helmet, then you're stupid.

But then, you think it's a good idea to wheelie on the interstate, so we kinda already knew you were stupid.

We all have our opinions. For the last time, I did NOT say he deserved to die. He got the reaction of his action.

You call it an "accident", I consider accidents to be situations that are UNAVOIDABLE. What we have here is what your so-called "accident" is and that's poor judgment, lack of experience and/or inattention.

Hypothetically speaking, it was POOR JUDGMENT for him to consciously get on a running motorcycle completely sober and a noob to motorcycles and messing with the controls because it's "cool" and something going wrong due to LACK OF EXPERIENCE and his friends' INATTENTION to him was totally AVOIDABLE. Poor judgment is rampant in this case.

Flip side, if he was a little drunk and an experienced rider, he still had POOR JUDGMENT for drinking and mounting a bike let alone not having a helmet. This situation is also AVOIDABLE.

Worst case scenario, if he was completely sober and an experienced rider. I don't think I have to explain that.

Do NOT mistake poor judgment, inattention and/or lack of experience for an "accident" That's just trying to cover up for someone's inability to make smart decisions when they get what they ask for.

They don't call them accidents, they're called collisions - accidents imply that no one is responsible.

In this case there many who could be considered responsible: the rider, the bike owner, surrounding friends. They all played a part in him getting on the motorcycle and I'm sure they're all thinking "oh what if I told him this, what if I told him that" but they didn't and this is the result. Group irresponsibility is even worse when nobody notices it until it's too late.

Oh... so opening it up on the interstate is not stupid?! Hmm.. so your stupid act is some how "less stupid" than anybody else's. That is amazing. I wish that I was so privaleged to be able to do dumb shit and say that it is not as dumb as the next guy that does it.

Oh... forgot... i am talking to mister perfect again... can do no wrong.

I think it goes without saying that pulling a wheelie at interstate speed is MUCH MORE STUPID than simply going fast in a straight line on two wheels.

Calling someone scared for not wanting to pick up the front wheel intentionally is totally m00t, why risk it? If the rider is more conservative in how he/she rides then who is anyone else to call them a wuss or a pussy for keeping the risk factor that they can control to a minimum? Simply because another person likes to do things that have a much higher possibility to injure them and others doesn't make another person any less of a rider, I consider the latter a much more responsible rider.

well like i said it WAS STUPID and he did use poor judgement all im saying is he didnt get on the bike and ask to die. i agree many of his so called friends and the owner of the bike are to blame as well as the rider it is a case of a group of people being stupid i just it is cold hearted to say he deserved it or he asked for it
