GET GIMP, it's essentially free Photochop, a HELL of a lot better than MSPaint.

jake whats custom? The plates cut to cover the subframe making a "tail"? Meh.

you outline what you want to take. hit ctrl + X (cut). Then go to where you want to put it and hit ctrl + V (paste).
