If you like outdoor activities and mountains, the greater Roanoke area is sweet.
If you like big city life and everything that comes with it, poor choice.

I was hoping "greater" Roanoke area would include Lynchburg but it probably doesn't, lol..
I haven't really been to Lynchburg but a handful of times, so I'll stick with the status quo and say:
