You know of anywhere that does a decent tune-up job? I went to CCC for my 600 mile maintenance and they charged around $135 (if I can remember correctly). If I can't ind any other place that does a good job for a decent price, I'll most likely end up going to CCC for my 7,500 tune-up.
Diva Customs just did mine.. not sure what their price is... You can ask skrooz. I had them do alot of work for me and I haven't paid yet...
haha, gotta love small business shops. The place I take my car to lets me pay them sometime after I take my car back.
Oh... well... i haven't picked my bike up yet. ran into the issue of my tire going flat on the dyno. now i am trying to get a different exhaust. Before he finishes the tune.
I got a quick question. My service book tells me to change oil every 8,000 miles. Seems like that would be a bit to long? Maybe it's just im a newb a bike service's. Oh yeah the bike is a 2006 yamaha r6.
Any other r6 owners want to share how many miles they change their oil at?

3,000 miles here. With as much as your oil lubricates in a bike; not sure I'd want to risk anything. 3,000 may be over(under)kill, but I'd rather be save than sorry.
