I don't know about the best, but is finally starting to play like a 1st round pick. I think Miller in Oakland is in the top 5, but naturally playing in Oakland means nobody notices you. In my opinion I think Dallas Clark is probably the best, but when Manning is throwing the ball who won't look good.
