and then fucking ford got cheap and went to a cheaper less durable driveshaft in 2005 or 2006. < 04 they used a composite driveshaft that was rated for like 150 mph (not that a vic would go that fast anyway). Then the bastards cheaped out and went with a weaker driveshaft that was only rated for 130 mph. so ford raised the rear end ratio so they don't top out as high as the older ones and they went with bigger wheels so they handle a smidge better than the older ones but they're still a fucking pig.
camaros are long gone. chargers obviously are around. a rare intrepid. virginia = teh broke so no cool toys for a while.

I just went to driving school and they say always go to court the system is designed to help you. Say your speedo is off. Get it corrected and and print out that you got it fixed.
You said his tires wouldnt make that big of a difference but what if the radar gone was off too? Together they can. A radar gun is suppose to be checked every 30 days? You can try that too.
And if its your first ticket they will most likely send you to driving school its a 2 weekend thing offered by the court (if you 16 like someone said) 1 session 6.5 hours other 2.5 hours. Yeahs its 80 dollars but it beats having points on your license and your insurance raise
Also if your under 20 the dmv will send you to driving school anyways now. So why not aleast try and fight it?

Do a ride along some time and watch the radar speed reading. Even a properly functioning gun doesn't always indicate the correct speed. Anecdotally, this seems to happen more in the Chargers, no idea why.

Ill give you a hint... improper equipment or defective equipment. It will cost you money to get it fixed with paperwork and will also have to pay the fines. You wont get no points so thats worth it.
