Went down with some friends.

New "to him" Cobra.......not bad, hanging the heavy 18's in the air. The first pass was a 1.30 short time......with the 18's a foot up.

i couldn't imagine riding a bike like that at 13.

 

And those things are not small. He is pretty brave.

 

He's been riding dirt bikes since he was 4-5 years old, and is fast as hell. His dad makes anything fast that he puts his hands on. Lately his son as been piloting his 3 wheeler, setup for dirt drag. Its a CR250R dirtbike with a custom rear swing-arm and a Blaster rear axle. It has a CR500 2 stroke motor, turbocharged. It puts over 100hp to the tires. Also, he rode his first street bike on the drag strip a few weeks ago. It is a mid 90's GSXR750 with 35,000 miles......and a slip-on. He ran 9.7's on it, with a clutch.

it just boggles my mind that he is riding in tennis shoes and jeans, and a jacket that isn't as safe as it could be.

His leg is barely bent......he is barely flatfooted with that bike. When he rides his dads CR500R or YZ250, he has to stand on a crate to start it......and to start off.

 

i thought those were 26's on that truck, then i was like 24's and sighed relief, because if had 26's i would shit bricks.
