Anyone know a dude with a red (might of been that fancy orange color?) dodge pick up (Def. fast, done up one)? Drives fast as shit around town? Tonight getting onto 199 at Monticello he flew by me going over 100, and threw thrash out his window. Have no idea what his problem is.
