Auto --> manual conversion isn't extremely hard... you'll only need a few parts:
-tranny
-linkage
-shifter
-knob
-possibly the dash harness
-basic hand tools (10mm 12mm 14mm 17mm 19mm 32mm pry bar etc)
-clutch and flywheel assembly

then just swap it...trust me, it sounds like a lot of work, and to some extent, it's a very physically intense job, but definitely do-able by any weekend mechanic. make sure to have a few friends that can assist you lifting parts, etc.

clean car, i have a 00 Integra thats auto.... but I have everything to convert it but tranny mount & transmission

 

yea man im going to do the swap for sure its just a matter of getting money/parts together and finding the time. just T/W to see whats out there
