Probably the same reason he has that fugly "wind deflector" w/ the sunroof too. Its about as pointless as the people that buy convertibles, drive with the top down, and then leave the windows up.

Your old GTI was actually what got me into DRW's. I plan on running them on my next car, which I should be acquiring next month. Do they do full custom, like down to the diamater/width/offset?
