Sorry about not gettin back to you about the cage...money had to go elsewhere bug I'll DEFINitely be hittin you up when you get back.

 

I'm trying to have it running and driving by the end of this month/first week of next month...but there's certain things like the cage that'll be done with time.

By this spring/summer...it'll be a completly differant car than it was last year.

 

yeah hopefully it will be running this year. haha

 

Been a while....got lots to update.

Got the manifold back, finished disassembling the old motor and assembling the new one.

Old motor's new home for now:



New motor in the car...its on a stock turbo and injectors for the break in so theres a lot of lines/hoses ran that wont be there once the big turbo and injectors are in the car (aem wont use any of them)

Its currently on a stock WRX (NOT sti) turbo on a whole 12 psi (1.5lbs LESS than a stock wrx) and it made 230awhp.......at 2500rpm, LOL. Full boost is around 2300rpm. It makes 80 less HP than it did before but is still every bit as fun because power comes on so fast. Gunna definetly do an autocross or 2 before I go for big power.
