When people are buying $4,000 Endless BBK's just to look cool when hardparked, I don't think a little black tape on a headlight is a cardinal sin.

Just more nonfunctional crap. Nothing wrong with it I guess, so long as the owner isn't claiming it's there because they're a zomgtrackstar.
