Sounds like the honda guys need to start building S2000's if they want to hang...

 

Look at the list of cars. MM is the only one that has been in the 8's I think, and we have 12 second cars on the list. Thats why we want an average of the 8 or 10 fastest cars in each group. And if we do an advantage for high MPH then that evens things out for the FWD cars, but that was just a suggestion that hasn't really been discussed.

i havent read every post but how much power does mm make? i dont see how his car is in the 8s on pump gas like 93 pump gass with no meth or nitrous? i have never seen his car is it allmotor turbo??

 

Conservative estimates put it around 1100-1200fwhp as it was at the end of last season. He does mix some race gas for all out passes as a safety margin... No nitrous... It's a turbo car... I didn't see a prohibition against meth kits.

 

I'd be interested to see this combo too! I don't care what you've got, that would be an impressive feat for import or domestic....

 

so i gess hes not mixing racegas for this event? i dont see how meth should be allowed u can get that at any street coner what happens if im driving down the istate come up on mm and hes out of meth? i knew that had to be something i just didnt see it possible for a car to make enough power to run 8s on 93

 

I don't know the details on his car, but i know it's a 400+ cu in motor with a single turbo. I thought he was just on meth, which i don't think is against the rules of this race. Since Meth can be on the car all the time, it's probably on plenty of DD cars, and isn't hard to refill since it's such a small quantity.

 

I honestly don't care if meth is allowed or not. I don't run it.
