To be honest it's been a while since I had one on the dyno with a stock turbo, since most people don't bother to dyno till they do more upgrades. If you really want to max out the stocker though you'd also want to run some bigger cams than the stock ones. I want to say with the right parts around 25 PSI should get 400 though. At that point I'd recommend bigger injectors too. Nice header might not hurt either. On DSMs the stock 2G exhaust manifold seems to have zero restriction but I have seen some evidence here and there that aftermarket gains slightly over the Evo 8/9 exhaust manifold.
I might pm'ing you about doing a flash if he decides to start modifying it soon..

Just like previously stated its all in the tune as to how reliable it is.
Did you even read this thread? https://www.vadriven.com/forums/showthread.php?t=327224
This whole Import vs domestic race idea came from that thread, which has a $6k 400 hp GT racing a bunch of boosted hondas, from a roll, and they couldn't beat it.

So bring your Honda and get worked repeatedly please.

Why the hell do you people keep combining the terms "import" and "honda" like its the same thing?

Hondas dont represent all of the import crowd. As far as untouched longblock 400-500hp daily driven imports....EVOs and STIs do it all the time.

All you have to do is some research and you would see that there are quite a few honda's with stock motors making 500 or more and have been together for years. They are uncommon because it takes a very VERY good tuner and an intelligent owner. And the "kinda common with real cars" is one of the most retarded things I have read in a while. What makes a car real? LOL. Give me a break.

It has to be "american" Even though most of the parts come from over seas and they are just assembled over here. I guess that makes my Honda a domestic too being that is was made in Ohio right?
