Hondas dont represent all of the import crowd. As far as untouched longblock 400-500hp daily driven imports....EVOs and STIs do it all the time.
Agreed as well. I have been over 400 for about two years now. Stock bottom end, including stock headstuds.

I guess it has not been determined yet if this is going to be at VMP or MIR yet?

There was a build on nasioc...guy made just under 600 with a completely stock longblock minus the head gasket and head studs.
it's no turbo foxbody tho....
just stiiring the pot. The Import vs. Domestic argument is dumb. How about you build what you want and quit bitchin about what others build.

Correct, it's 600 hp shy of the turbo foxbody in this thread.

And I doubt it's on a stock longblock...which was the point of my post....
Don't the 5 litre motors split at around 500? There's a member in THIS thread (love ya man
) that broke with less...and come to think of it I'm pretty sure mid atlantic had a hand (or should I say hammer) in building it. Stir stir stir stir.
I guess the same can be said with just about every motor tho. Hence the idiocy of this argument.
