Exclamation E46 w/ ZHP Package

I know this is a LONG shot but I figured I'd post up anyways. Looking for another weekend car versus the garaged E30 and the DD 240 which I'm selling soon. Plus I figured I deserve something better than the cars I have, aha, esp with all the crap I've been through.

What I want
E46 w/ ZHP Package
4 door preferably, 2 door considered
Prefer black/grey exterior
Prefer cinnamon interior, black is good too
Alacantra or whatever is good!
No or minimal mods
6 sp not the SMG/auto please

EVERYTHING will be considered. Must be at least the ZHP packaged 330.
