Real vs. Fake
you spend 4k on a set of wheels. to me, that is hilarious.
ive spent less than 4k on my car as a whole...
now, go enjoy your ballin ass real wheels on your piece of shit vw.
kthx
SHOULDNT YOU BE IN SPO? TURN YOUR REP BACK ON FGT.
because you aren't getting IT (the real thing), i believe that was the arguement that started this thread. its people who go buy slips and think they have the same thing as spoons, or rota d2's and think they have the same thing as the guys on meisters, or rota grids and think they have te37s. i could go on for days. when you buy those slips, d2s, and grids, you are far from the real deal in a quality and sometimes weight stand point. so no, you cant get IT for cheap, you can only buy the lesser product. by lesser, i mean worse quality and worse in other areas as well. i dont hate on replicas, but hate when people think they are rolling on something just as nice/quality. it goes beyond the looks when people respect "real" wheels, and look down upon replicas
also, im cool with this argument IF you guys are tracking these cars, and i can tell by uzi's first post, hes into the stretched tire gayness, huge lip gayness, and mad - camber gayness.
the real wheels are much stronger than the replica's, and also lighter(i believe). seeing that most of these wheels are meant for racing purposes.
so to me, that is hilarious that you spend all this money on sets of wheels, just to cruise with them on the street. if your going to buy the real deal shit, i think it should be used for its intended purpose.
but i could see the real deal's being better if you have some fun with your car on the street... as in the safety of a higher quality real wheel, not a replica.
