pics look good, I think the rear of the Integra needs to come up just a tad or lower the front to match. I dont understand the mirror block offs on the civic but to each his own.
It is. I love mine. I can see all the way around the car and further to the sides than I can with my side views. It's a great investment.

that thing has been playing mind tricks on me. ive adjusted it so many times. depending on the road or how it is sitting it looks lower in the rear or sometimes lower in the front
you'll have to drill it in. I had to bend the brackets so it fit correctly. I'm trying to find some pictures but I guess I haven't taken any in a while.
