Default Learner bike

Picked this up last night to learn how to ride an work on. Im having the exact same bike being built bratstyle for me by a friend in Wisconsin. This one I plan on either restoring or making a bobber out of when I get my other bike.

just remember... when putting it back together.. only paper or OEM gaskets.... NO RTV!!!... I made that mistake my first time.. I worked on a bike when I was like 17/18 LOL

The gas melted the RTV and it was all gummed up inside of the carbs. LOL.. You will only do that once. LOL

Nice!

I'd love to find a decent xs650 in the area.

when you're done with it, call me and I'll take it off your hands

Not that I don't have enough XS crap in my garage... but one more couldn't hurt!

Got any pics of the bratbike? I was building one too till I sold it a few months ago.
