You have a civic. I have an integra. Also when I installed it I wanted to make sure that bitch didn't come loose at all... esp since my car vibrates so much with the solid mounts. You might not have to drill but I did to be safe and ensure it was in there good through the headliner.

thanks for the compliments guys. and i installed my wink mirror, screwed right in where the visors did, no drilling needed

Sure! After I wash the car. it's filthy right now... someone snatched my work valve stem covers and left their finger prints so I took a bunch of pics and haven't cleaned them off yet

try driving with it yet? You'll never use those side mirrors again. Mine is installed where the visors were too but I drilled it in.. didn't feel secure when I first did it. And that's one down side. No visors any more

yeah i have driven and its amazing just looking up to check behind and to the side before changing lanes. i love it. but yeah no visors i have mine low plus i have a windshield banner so its like i have visors.
