This is a serious hot-rodders garage.....

i guess its supposed to be a museum of sorts, with all that stuff i dont see how you could do any honest to god work

He gets props for thinking it up though, and for how good it looks.
I don't think it's supposed to be a functioning "shop" so much as it is his little hobby. He said he doesn't really do much customer work anymore. It's fine for doing occasional side jobs and maintaining his own stuff. I'd be willing to bet that more time is spent in there hanging out with friends and telling stories than anything else now.
If I had a hot rod, I'd be WAY more comfortable leaving my car with that guy than I would any 9000sq ft, pristine, white/red, shiney floored shop.
