Finding positive things in this situation isn't easy but hey, I'm not am not paralized and that's as bad As it could get.#
A red 4 dr accord came from around a corner fishtailing, wasn't even a sharp one. Rt 10 by hopewell btw. Didn't have anywhere to go, tried to swereve around but that only made it worse, got tboned#
Next thing I know I'm in a ditch not being #able to breath and right foot pinched by the dash. Somehow they got me out .Longest and most painfull 10 minutes of my life. Then before I know it I'm in a chopper and back in Richmond where I just came from. #
Loved that car almost as much as I liked walking.... Which aparently I won't be doing in the next 6-8 weeks.#

Finally got the big picture today. Aparently an 02 Rio got a little too fast, faster then it's 13" tires could handle. Then it either clipped or "scaRred" the accord in to fishtailing(maybe trying to avoid) cops didn't specify. Then in turn the accord tboned me in the dr door sending me flying toward the ditch , where I rolled and hit a tree.
I even remember that Kia hauling ass in front of me, I'm sure it's the same one in the background next to my M btw. O yeah ,Homey is from Newport news so go figure :-)

If it is salvageable i will check what the buyback price is.
Does anyone know if it is possible to press some sort of charges against the driver causing the accident? I know some think its wrong to seek revenge, but i really want that bitch to suffer and personally pay for this shit . Pain is tolerable but humiliation of having people literally pick up shit after me is unbearable. Her getting off with a fucking reckless driving ticket is too damn easy.
