Cycle whore thread
Exactly the second you find your body not relaxed and you hard holding the bars too tight it is time to slow it down, even on the track.
Damn, I wish work didn't block youtube vids.
I can't wait to do a track day, I think it will probably be in the spring tho. I'm not quite confident enough yet I don't think.

i have an 04 r6. can anyone comment on how dramatically different the bike feels after the addition of a steering damper? I have been thinking about getting a scotts or gpr? Anyone have experience with these?
I have a GPR on my 06 R6s and my girl has one on her 04 R6... same bike essentially. I love how solid it makes the bike feel. When I get on another bike.. it feels like the bars are gonna fall off cause I am used to riding with a damper. You can hook up with me sometime and check it out if you want. It takes a little bit to bet used to ... but it helps A LOT!!!!
oh.. and if you need anything else for that R6... let me know.. I have plenty of parts.
Can't decide what I want to buy right now. New exhaust can to go with my new header (thanks again, Rich), brake lines, 520 kit... Could use a tune also... Ugh.
2000 R6? I believe that comes with a 525 chain and sprockets. If so I don't think the 520 kit would be worth the trouble or money unless you plan on making a noticeable gearing change. I would go for the SS brake lines. Speaking of tunes, is there any place in the 757 area that can dyno tune a bike w a PCIII?
