there is a 2000 si rear bumper on petes 96 coupe right now, without fitment issues

Coupes and sedans all can wear the same rear bumpers. It does not matter what year the bumper is, as long as it's another 1996-2000 coupe OR sedan rear bumper.

 

i never said they were not interchangable butthead, i said they are not the same just so people know.

completely true dude. I call it an upgrade either way and people might be more eager if they know it looks better.
did your si have honda window visors? and is it disassembled already?
