I had an srt-4 (yes I know it's a neon) I built it to stock turbo 285whp and 330tq and then I got bored with it and I wanted to actually make something from ground zero, I've always liked the rsx look so I chose one and bought a tsx as well for the wife.

 

^^ 285whp is farrrr from fast...that's barely even quick. oh well both cars are wrong wheel drive

 

Boost it if it's a base model. it'll be quick then.

 

285 is respectable... but its still a Neon and, by default, gay.

There is more than just max HP to consider... its more about the area under the hp/tq curve, weight of the car, tires, etc...
