Default Ls with b16 pistons help?

Im buildin an ls. i just bought b16 pr3 pistons 2 put on my stock ls rods and crank. i was wondering wat all needs 2 be done for the pr3s 2 fit my rods and block?

you need a rod heater to put the pistons on those rods.....other than that they should fit either way though just mic them and then hone block to specs.

except b16 pistons will not work with stock ls motor UNLESS he is going ls-vtec

You sounded Ignorant when you typed it, so therefore i called you an ignorant bastard, and if you remove pistons from one set of rods you don't just have them mic'd, they need to be checked for balance, and the block needs to be honed for the pistons you are installing and not just honed in general, so say all the info and not just half of it

Yea I was going to elaborate when the OP posted back....I just didnt feel like I should go into the details of engine machining right off the bat if he didnt know how to search well enough to see if those pistons fit..
