they did. when i aquired them the coated faces were cracked and chipped. the lips were pitted and had years of brake dust etc.

they dont fit anything really other than a volkswagen being 18x10 +33 and 18x8 +30

and seeing that it was going on a girls car, i took the time to redo everything correctly.

stripped the wheels by hand. prime paint clear. lips were fixed because they had curb rash etc. then i hand polished them back to nearly new.

the wheel color however wasn't my choice i wanted the factory jline gunmetal. she wanted bright.

you however may not be a fan of the color or the car. but it's an ongoing project that is not near completion, but its got more going for it then half the shit i see kids post on this site. just sayin.

so that is my theory on put to good use.
