yes it was. they gave the guy 16k to fix it, so the story goes. which i believe 100%, gotta give the guy props and his club for not killing that guy

 

That's what I was thinking too. I was watching that and waiting for the gunshots.

 

Besides looking RIDICULOUS, you'd think the driver in the first video would've stopped "hopping" after crossing 3 lanes of traffic...?? And the second video, how could he not tell the car was going to the right? He was already pointing that way a little when he popped it up... I really hope that that kinda stuff doesn't become as prevalent on this coast as it has the west coast.

 

circus cars are really frowned upon on the west, use to be 64's and other year impalas. and the hoppers were pretty much show cars, custom paint, chrome everything. then impalas started to become harder to get, then this g-body (cutlass, monte carlo, regal, grand prix) trend happened. they are cheaper to get etc.

i seriously doubt we would ever see circus cars out here on the east, though you use to see people at drop jaw shows/east coast nationals (wonder if they even have those gay shows anymore, they fucking suck and its white trash everywhere. i hate car shows anyways) with hoppers. though many clean cars do exist on the east coast, they are mostly built out west then shipped out here. most of the east coast cars are epic lulz, Premier car club in va beach had many clean cars at one time, many big clubs exist in va.

so who knows, i hope not. would like to see more lowriders (not hoppers) out here

shit's real dumb, I would never dare hoping on an interstate

I took my old Low rider onto the interstate ONCE, and i'd never do it again, shit was scary as fuck. It already feels like it's riding on rails once you get above 50mph, let alone the fact that every single bump you hit makes the car bounce like fucking crazy

 

i really wanted that hopper to crash
