I dunno if it was the same guy or not but I spotted a black g35/37 (debadged) on 64 west from norfolk around 440pm riding all up in my bumper with some annoying hids. He had a white sticker on his passenger side of the windshield and his rear tag was a Virginia plate ending in 2764.
