For those who know Chris Schader
He was still in ICU. The doctors basically subdued him with a medically induced coma because he was fighting them with everything they were trying to do. He didnt realize what he was doing. When I was there this afternoon, his tempertaute spiked to 108 and slowly came down to 101-102. It seemed things were starting to calm down. First thing this morning it wasnt looking good. More updates to follow tomorrow.
I've never met the guy, but can certainly sympathize with his situation. I hope he gets well, quick, and hope the best for him and his family.
Did they put him on a ventilator? I'm sure the doctors are telling everyone to take things either hour by hour or day by day. They are hard to get any long term information out off... ESPECIALLY when it comes to intensive care. watch out for terms like sepsis, or ARDS. If he can manage to avoid those, he'll be much better off.
I just read this. Chris is a great guy and is willing to help at the drop of the hat when you have any problems.
He is a great guy and he is in my thoughts and prayers.
