2000 Civic SI - FBP, need gone.

ll my 2000 civic SI with 163,XXX miles on it. I bought the car 5-6 months ago and have been using it as a daily driver since, haven't had any problems. The car is mostly stock, with a few minor mods. AC/PS works great, so does heat. Original motor and transmission. Comes with 2 sets of keys, and keyless entry. Car is black in color, original paint. The hood/roof/trunk show its age, if I were to keep the car it would get a fresh spray job. As far as the body, its in real good shape, no dents, very few dings and scratches. Interior is in pretty good shape, basically all stock. As far as the mods go:
Drivetrain:
AEM intake
Skunk2 intake manifold
DC sports header
Flowmaster axleback exhaust
aftermarket clutch, grabs pretty hard, throwout bearing makes some noise sometimes
short shifter
Exterior:
oem SI lip/ wing
oem headlights, in good shape
8k HIDs
car originally had pinstripe, its mostly removed there are a few spots where you can see where it was
Interior:
all stock mostly, has aftermarket head unit and speakers
password jdm shift boot
windows are tinted, not sure what but im guessing 50%
Suspension:
KYB GR2 struts/Skunk2 lowering springs, rides nice
Konig Runaways, bronze in color, front tires are around 60%, rears need to be replaced soon, they all have camber wear
cross drilled/slotted rotors in front
Bad:
the paint as mentioned
speedometer doesn't work, just reads crazy. haven't figured out if its the speed sensor or cluster yet, doesn't really bother me
needs rear tires soon
CEL light for o2 sensor, stays on for awhile then goes away and comes back again
could use a alignment + wheels balanced
*most pictures are old, were before I installed the OEM headlights and pinstripe was removed, still have the black housings if somebody wants them.
