Default 90 EF HATCH with a D15B7 Swap, running with a miss.

idled fine for about 2 minutes then started running with a miss. thoughts on this ? need this car running within a day or two. could be the distributor, the plugs or the valves could be adjusted wrong, but those are just 3 of my guesses.

D series are non-interference motors...

Obviously you did the swap so you have common enough sense to go over the basics... Go back over them...

Have you tried driving the car? Does the car buck? May be a fuel related issue...

I have personally broken a timing belt on a D16z6 and bent every single intake valve. I'm pretty sure all vtec motors SOHC and DOHC are interferrence

i'll make this really simple, its a NON VTEC engine. and its not running with a miss anymore, it starts out idling fine but then it idles down really low and if you let it keep running then it will turn off.
