There's only really three things that the Arab dudes really care about (Other than oil, gold and weaponry):
~insane power
~sand dunes
~being the quickest up the hill. No limits at all, no expense spared. Cars just has to last about 9 seconds.
Moreeb is the biggest dunefest there is, so dudes build the sickest possible cars they can. Then they basically drag race one at a time up a huge dune and the fastest time wins.
Most popular powerplants are either supercharged top fuel V8s or insanely built and turboed 2JZs and RBs. 800 horsepower and up.
Somewhere around half or more of the cars simply blow up though ;D
