thats a good idea. i will keep that in mind. will prob be a few weeks before we do it so we can just get used to the meet but later on down the road def some good ideas.

the bbq idea is great. we just have to see if we can do it. there are liability questions. im in insurance and i know the kinds of liability risks there. especially if we are cooking it. now if we hired one of those mobile bbq things to come, thats different. but then wed have to pay and idk if they can charge anything on commonwealth property. we'll look into it though

 

where is this exactly at?

 

commuter lot on route 17. Take I95 to exit 133 towards Warrenton. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left into the lot. Its across route 17 from Pizza Hut and East Coast. over 1000 parking spots in the lot. with a few vehicles being left there, at night the lot has over 900 open spots.
