I was all for the hawk HP+s till i talked to other Z owners...so I went ahead and splurged and got some Ferodo pads

 

HP+s is what I run on my track car/daily

 

alot of Z owners said they didnt feel much over stock...

I really wanna do a ride along...ive been looking into a more dedicated track car and its a toss between 240/miata...but im leaning more towards the Miata

 

UNFORTUNATELY IF THEY WERENT ON THE LIST THEY ARENT GOING TO BE GRANTED ACCESS.

IT WAS CLEARLY STATED THAT ANYONE WHO WANTED TO COME NEEDED TO BE PREREGISTERED.

IM SORRY THEY WANT BE ALLOWED THIS TIME BUT I WOULD VENTURE TO GUESS THAT THIS WONT BE YOUR ONLY DRIFTWATER, WHICH MEANS THEY CAN COME TO THE NEXT ONE

Hey all, I'm thinking about going as Sunday is my only day off work each week and I want to do something fun for a change. I was wondering if it's worth the drive from richmond va just to watch. From what I've seen in this thread so far it looks cool.

John - you have to be pre registered to attend. Its on BlackWaters site, and they require names of people who will be on their property before hand. Cut off for this list was a couple nights ago.

So no, it will not be worth the drive from Richmond as you will be turned around at the gate. But to answer your question we have a few people that drive from Richmond to come (Terry and his wife with their Evo)

When the next event pops up, ill be sure to post it in the miata section as its definatly a great time. You wont be the track time for the cost, and Dan always puts on great events.
