I have one coming in today. Runs great. No issues at all, minus a valve cover gasket set. A grommet and tube seal leak. Call or text with an offer.

I know you are looking for just a short block, but I have a complete B18B swap out of a Running 1999 Integra with 130K. Looking for $700.00 for the entire setup.

i'm looking for blocks to build/repair and then sell as complete motors. But i'm looking for them dirt cheap so I can actually make a few bucks doing it.
