Problems are in RED.
Swapped a B16a2 bottom end/gsr head with gsr tranny into my friends 98 civic ex auto last night and now the car won't stay running. It will run for 1-5 seconds tops before stalling/cutting off (giving it gas doesn't help). No CEL's. IACV will start humming/making noise after attempting to start it. Swapped it out for another IACV and it does the same thing.
Ignition will not release the key also.
-converted from 3 wire to 2 wire IAC and repinned the A plug on the harness
-Installed proper plug for IAT on IM
-Running on a obd2a gsr ecu.
-2 big wires are tied together where the auto shifter used to be
-Car is in park
-Swap ran in ek that I pulled it out of before installing in this car.
Any help is appreciated in advance.

because of swap..just look at things you could've carelessly mistaken--
any smoke or bogging down when running? - crossed hoses
follow the ignition key problem starting with the wheel itself all the way down the column to the axles
im not sure if these problems are related but glwf

on auto chassis the map sensor plug is not in the wiring harness. the plug you need to use runs behind the battery and along the firewall. dont use the one on your engine harness. had the same problem
