Yep the suspension video. It comes on after this one. I've been reading up on the school, and they are doing sessions at VIR on August 16th and 17th. Also a two day camp on the 18th and 19th. Seriously considering going down there, it's about $450 if you bring your own bike, but the two day camp is 2250

I entered myself in a raffle to take a free MSF course.
I'm going to do it with my goldwing if I win.

I'm taking one as well, can't beat not having to sit at the DMV for hours and getting a license while getting the training. Good luck on the raffle!

What do you think about this?

Only thing is it has 23k on it.

I would sell it for $4500 - $5000 just because of the milage. It may have been maintained... but either way... its a decent amount of riding on this bike. Would have to check it out and make sure it has NEW tires... not worn out tires. Other than that... looks pretty good.

edit: Just so that guy knows... light or no light... the plate is mounted sideways and can only be seen from one side of the bike therefore is illegal. Just saying. He can argue all he wants... the plate has to be mounted, where it can be seen from behind the bike, and it has to be straight. I have dealt with it on my girls bike... and on my friends bike. So... I KNOW what is required.

I came to the same conclusion and decided against it. Too many miles and didn't want to have to fix any legal issues before it was streetable to ride. I just agreed on an R6 with 3400 miles for 5k, that is mainly stock with a few cosmetic adjustments and a short pipe exhaust. I felt this is a fair deal(it's a very good buddy of mine), and being able to pay him 3k up front and 2k the next month means I will be able to pay him out of my paychecks instead of savings. So win, win overall, and he still gets a harley out of the deal.

I think he wants too much. sweet ride but you have to fix a bunch of stuff before you take it out.
$4 would take it def.

edit: he says flush mount turn signals, but I don't see any. if he's talking about the front then he needs the rears to match... unless they're under tail. in which case they're illegal b/c they're not 9" apart

for 5k i'd rather get an r1150r
