Black Hawk-Eye STI on High Street in downtown Portsmouth. On bronze/gold wheels but it didnt appear to be the factory wheels. Gave the brody-salute

Around 4ish.

haha its all good, I never turn my cell on till I get to work. I only do that because they usually start the calls around 6am when I am getting up to get out the door.
