My head and block was just shaved and I am using stock metal head gasket and flat face valves all of which raising compression. I would deff say car is higher tha. 9-1.. Every car is diff. Itll be dynoed and retunned this week prolly. Well see... Just spent moneys to replace lmas and I now have ctr cams.

Didn't see this earlier, how much power were you making? I know stock sleeves will hold for awhile, but once you're in the 400's (mostly mid to high 400's), I know it's unsafe and you run a much higher risk of blowing the motor. I know a couple tuners won't push a motor into the mid 400's with stock sleeves because of the risk of it blowing.
there's plenty of tuned integrason stock blocks( gsr, ls) on honda-tech making in the 400 range....tuning is key of course, but also people don't think of maintance and there a/f ratio's.
I watch my a/f allllll day.. And maint is 100% its everyday thing. My boy has 650whp stock sleved... Dont thibk itll last long but who knows... Tune tu.e tune. I love the way mine pullsss.. I will post graph.
