Don't you hate it when things work out that way, you're ready to buy, sellers not. You buy something else, sellers ready 100%.
i know

but im probably not going to know for sure until that friday.

so far: 37" humvee tires, 37 iroks from someone at work, d60/sterling, d44/9, ttb d44 front/ttb d50 rear(still think thatd look cool), rockwells, 4 link front and rear for any combo, leafs front and rear for any combo, chop top and cage(will happen if i roll and its really bad), cowl hood, removing interior for bed lined floors.
i know there was more, i just cant remember

one thing i do want: manual transfer case. going under and shifting is fine, but doing it while sitting in my seat would be nicer. (my electric crap crapped out, dont care for it)
Just a few suggestions from someone that has been tinkering with 4x4's for awhile. The higher you go, larger wheels you go the more it's going to cost to keep it a DD. Make friends with a welder. Either buy one or make friends with someone who can weld. Buy all your parts and not half ass throw something together, like lifting the rear and not the front.

Jump on www.pirate4x4.com and see what others are doing with the same type of vehicle you are. If you want better axles, manual tcase, etc sometimes its easier to find a junk vehicle and buy the whole thing so you have everything you need. If you want to rock 37's a d44/9 combo will be your cheapest route and hold up nicely to anything you'll throw at it. Throw in a 205 tcase and you have a nice rig.

So, I haven't had internet the past 2 days, I miss you guys already! So I have to post from my brokeass phone.

Comcast guy is at my house right now, he literaly, and I quote, said "I don't know not what the fuck is going on sir."
Ahh, Comcast assholes, such class and illiteracy while working with their customers..
Glad I work for Verizon, more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Foam, if you still have my number will you text me? I'll shoot you some pictures of this Xfer drop kit if you still want it, I found it and pieced it all together, just not sure how to post pictures on here from my phone.

Junkyard in PG had 2 TJ's out there. I know one had complete soft uppers on it without any bends or rips
