If it's 45 psi on all cylinders, you might start to think you're doing the compression test wrong. That's an awful low and very consistent number for all of the cylinders to have.

yes i agree that it's an awful low and very consistent number, the 45 psi on all cylinders. it should be more than that and not equal.
