lolol why do you say 250 is optimistic? ive never had my 240 on a dyno, but i know someone with the damn near exact same setup as mine...he dyno'd at 241whp @ 7psi on a 20g turbo. Sure stock turbo might not be capable of 250, but any t28 would have no problem achieving that.
edit- 240hp is about the limit of a stock SR20DET with the stock t28 cranked up to 14psi.

You said "250 is easy stock." A turbo uprgrade is not stock. And see how long that stock turbo holds up. I'm not trying to be a dick, but I wouldn't be advising someone on what engine to use and then cite a hp number they can't expect with any margin of safety or durabilty, and then say its "easy stock." A stock sr20 can be a solid, reliable 200hp engine.
