he is the one who just came into this business and he let his girls go on second round which is prostitution, there is about 4 main company that hosts an escort girls to karaoke or wherever they are called, but they also have a rules against each other and main rule is to prohibit prostitution. the owners of the company have get together like once a year, most of the times they never see each other unless there is words going around in street of prostitution of one company. he came in, broke the rule, people warned, ignored it, and they shut him down.
